Dear Customers,

we are pleased to inform you that we have fundamentally optimized our communication channels for important releases.

From now on, all the information about new releases will be published centrally and in a clear format in our Zendesk Help Center.

How to stay informed: To receive automatic email notifications for new releases, please follow these steps:
 

1. Visit the "News" and “Releases” category in the Help Center.
2. Select the product that is relevant to you.

3. Click “Follow” in the respective product category to subscribe to automatic email notifications.
