Performance and Connectivity
Below we would like to share with you the current success rates of the 20 most used banks and financial providers.
The top 20 financial institutions account for 92,67% of traffic on our open banking platform. For these providers, we achieved a staggering success rate of 93,66% since 01.01.2023!

Connectivity News
In Q4 2022, we successfully launched the PSD2 API for Commerzbank in line with the exemption regulation of BaFin.
We also connected the PSD2 API of Santander, which allowed us to enable this provider again on our platform. In addition integrated N26's global API, which now allows your end users to connect N26 accounts from across Europe (DE, AT, ES).
Since the beginning of 2023, we have also released the Volkswagen Bank PSD2 API to production for all customers, enabling end users to now connect payment accounts to your services through their PSD2 API, making the connection much more stable and consistent.
What are we working on:
We are implementing the new PSD2 API version for Deutsche Bank, including Postbank and Norisbank. This will significantly increase reliability and speed of the connection flow to these banks.
We have also been working on integrating a Barclaycard API in Q1, which will greatly improve the stability of connecting their credit cards. It's worth noting that Barclaycard is the first financial provider to offer an API, based on UK Open Banking Standard, for credit cards, which demonstrates their forward-thinking approach to the industry, despite no legal obligation to do so. We are confident in delivering a new Barclaycard API connector by the end of Q1.
In the next few weeks, we also plan to roll out fixes for Postbank daily saving accounts, and introduce a brand new connector for Morgen Fund. Morgen Fund has recently been split from DWS Investments, and we need to build a new connector to ensure continuous synchronisation for all types of portfolios. Our upcoming work on Postbank and Morgen Fund will allow us to continue expanding our offerings and provide greater convenience to our customers.
finX API product news
The standalone categorization feature is now available on our shared production environment.
We have introduced a new feature on our finX API that allows our customers to categorise externally fetched bank transactions without the need to connect the user bank accounts via the account aggregation of our API services.
